**The role**
The Production and Sales Administrator's primary role is to meticulously process support documentation on a daily basis, ensuring the accuracy of both production and sales records. This involves the systematic recording of data in the MRP system and maintaining a system that promotes transparent and regular communication with our customers concerning forecasted delivery dates. Additionally, the Administrator ensures the establishment of a comprehensive post-event audit trail system, enabling the identification and detailed examination of the history of each production unit.

Speedshield Technologies is an Australian based IOT company engaged in the development and sale of telemetry technology products and services for global industrial markets, including the material handling and ground support equipment Industries at airports internationally. We employ a growing workforce covering engineering, information technology, software development, energy management, manufacturing and sales disciplines.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Download daily sales orders and input them into our system, prioritizing based on order due dates.
- Prepare picking slips and keep customers updated with tracking numbers from the previous day's shipments.
- Generate invoices and send them to customers following approval.
- Manage the sales inbox, responding to customer queries, providing quotes, and updating them on order ETA.
- Create purchase orders for flagged invoices in the accounts payable mailbox.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in using MRP systems and handling documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in administration, data entry, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency with MRP systems, and excellent communication abilities.
