Pro AV Solutions is an Australian-owned and operated national leader in audio-visual integration and integrated communication. We are seeking a Sales Support/Estimator to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Support/Estimator, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy sales team in their day-to-day operations and sales opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a diverse and varied sales role. Your responsibilities will include assisting the sales team with required tasks, creating customer and vendor accounts, logging in-bound sales opportunities, compiling tenders, entering BOMs, processing purchase orders and jobs and assisting with quotes.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administrator or sales support role within an office environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM Software
- Excellent Administrative, Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
- An ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Great attention to detail and precise data entry skills.
- Highly organized and meticulous nature.
- Strong work ethic with a "whatever it takes" attitude.
