Sales Support Administrator - East Melbourne

Full-time | Permanent | Life Sciences / Nutrition / Pharma

We're looking for a proactive
Sales Support Administrator
to join a dynamic team in the life sciences sector. This role blends sales support, technical expertise, and administration.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare customer proposals and manage accounts
  • Support certification and documentation requirements
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and liaise with suppliers
  • Maintain technical databases and product specifications
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining QA systems

What You'll Bring

  • Strong technical aptitude and clear communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency with Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, or Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Background in human or animal nutrition, chemistry, or pharmaceuticals (highly regarded)
