Are you an experienced Assistant Venue Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for creating memorable events and providing exceptional customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager across two venues and a cafe in all aspects of the operations. From managing a team of talented staff to ensuring seamless event execution, you will be an integral part of our team and the face of our brand to our clients and guests.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the venues, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests, exceeding their expectations and creating unforgettable experiences
- Supervising and leading the venues' staff, inspiring and motivating them to provide a high level of service and exceed goals
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and other legal requirements, keeping our staff and guests safe and our venues compliant.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-end events venue or similar environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for clients and guests
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, making sure every detail is perfect.
