**Work closely with the business to support the end-to-end recruitment process. Your role as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will include**:

- Working with hiring managers to take the job brief
- Creative add writing
- Coordinating and conducting interviews
- Managing all pre-employment and reference checks
- Supporting Talent Acquisition with sourcing activities
- General recruitment administrative tasks and producing contracts
- Liaising with the Global TA team

**To be successful in this role you must possess**:

- Prior recruitment experience with a good understanding of Australian Employment law
- Strong attention to detail and timeliness in meeting deadlines
- Experience in writing and posting job ads
- Experience in conducting interviews
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Be proactive
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
