An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Brandbank.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating end-to-end retail recruitment across all our renowned brands, including Seed Heritage, Unison, Commonry, kikki.K, allkinds and FINE-DAY.

**THE ROLE**:

- Writing and placement of advertisements for all store based roles
- Manage appointment booking and diary coordination for Hiring Managers.
- Utilise strategic sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, networking, and talent pipeline management.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
- Compile and analyse recruitment statistics for reporting purposes.
- Research, source, and contribute to the advancement of talent acquisition initiatives within the organisation.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment and/or store management experience within the retail industry will be essential
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management would be beneficial
- Experience in bulk recruitment will be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices within the retail sector.
- Understanding of online advertising platforms.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System programs is preferred but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Thrives under pressure, excels at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
