** About Us**
- Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

**VCAT**
- The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.

**About the Role**
- The Business Services team oversees the daily management of all facilities-related operations at VCAT.
- This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of building, asset, and fleet services to staff and members, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- The role will act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, and support a range of business functions that contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of the workplace. Duties will include:

- coordinating maintenance and repair activities for buildings and equipment, inlcuding access control systems, security and safety compliance to maintain a safe, functional work environment
- managing the VCAT fleet/pool cars, ensuring timely acquisition, maintenance and disposal of vehicles, scheduling repairs, managing insurance invoicing and coordinating parking contracts across all sites
- assisting with contract management, including vendor coordination, invoice processing and performance monitoring to ensure value for money and compliance with service agreements
- building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- leading and supporting team workload allocation, prioritising service delivery goals to meet operational requirements
- identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery

**About You**
- proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively through a flexible approach
- proven experience in contract, vendor, and budget management to esure efficient service delivery
- experience in managing building safety systems and addressing hazards
- demonstrated commitment to achieving complex and challenging goals
- a high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- a solid understanding of building trades and general maintenance issues
- experience with safety systems, including fire alarms, duress alarms and emergency lighting
- You will work co-operatively with others, acknowledging the efforts of all team members and have a strong desire to maintain quality of service in the delivery of outcomes.
