Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC for a Client Services Coordinator. The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, maintaining communication with clients, delivering top-notch customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks.

  • General admin duties including reception, mail and greeting clients/upkeep of meeting rooms etc
  • Collation of financial packages for e signature
  • Lodgements
  • ABN/TFN/GST registrations
  • Maintain accurate company CRM
  • Onboarding/offboarding clients and staff
  • Provide support to Practice Manager
  • Corp Secretarial experience including ASIC annual reviews, set up of entities etc ideal

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an accounting firm is a must
  • Ideal if you have experience with Xero (XPM), FuseSign, FYIdocs, BGL, CAS 360, ATOmate, Ignition but not essential
  • Proactive

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
