Inside Sales, Account Development Representative
Based in Melbourne Australia

We are currently looking for innovative, strategic Account Development Representatives as part of our Inside Sales group to cover China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
What you will do:
- Position Epiq to become a trusted advisor to clients and prospects while working to identify new opportunities to upsell within their business.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment and can jump start long sales cycles of multiple solutions.
- Develop fact-based qualified leads through active listening, sharing client relevant solution content via LinkedIn and other local social media outlets.
- Stay informed of current events in our target accounts and the industry at large in order to understand how Epiq’s services can best add value for prospective clients.
- Partner with Account Directors and Area Sales Directors to align the prospecting strategies in the market and meet annual revenue targets.
- Execute a new logo territory prospecting plan to identify the needs of new potential clients.
- Create great first impressions with our prospects and clients by providing them with a world class experience.
- Schedule and attend sales calls, customer meetings and presentations with your assigned Account Directors.
- Meet daily prospecting goals for your assigned territory.
Who you are:
We are looking for someone who will embody our company culture and values while working to grow sales pipeline and add value for our clients by solving their complex needs. If you’re looking to break into a new vertical, this may be the position for you
Qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese languages is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience in managed services, consulting services and/or professional services prospecting at the C and/or VP level is required.
- Experience in legal managed services, eDiscovery, document review and/or selling into law firms and legal departments is a plus.
- Proven high-achiever with a track record of selling success where you’ve met or exceeded goals.
- Pick up quickly on new technology, solutions, verticals and sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Presentation and articulation of complex details, value proposition and ability to instill confidence in clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
