**About the Role**:**
As the Work Health and Safety Consultant - Safety Culture, you will play a vital role in ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to the development, implementation, and evaluation of safety culture initiatives across the district. This is your opportunity to contribute to a healthy and supported workforce while addressing work health and safety culture risks in the workplace.

**What Sets You Apart?**
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS and/or equivalent professional experience in WHS or risk management in the Healthcare sector.
- Strong expertise in WHS consultation, policy development, safety management systems, and safety culture enhancement.
- Proven ability to analyse trends, develop strategies, and manage WHS risks effectively.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and healthy workplace culture
