Senior level HR Manager role overseeing a team across HR operations of large national organisation.

As an Employee Support Leader you will manage a team that provide first point of contact for employee queries, and be on-hand to provide advice and support to leaders and managers on employee related issues. This role is responsible for driving culture to align with company values resulting in a present, engaged and proud workforce.

Our client is a large national organisation transitioning from a Tiered Service Delivery model to a best in class Shared Services model. Ideally you will have broad experience with the management of people and Human Resource related transactional HRIS activity.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide end-to-end management and resolution for employment life cycle enquiries
- Partner with leadership teams to develop a solid understanding of business needs.
- Oversee employee grievance support, conflict resolution, and employee disciplinary actions
- Lead a team to provide advice on conditions of employment
- Manage the delivery of employee administrative services and transactional support activities
- Explore opportunities to implement automation and technology advancements to drive efficiency
- Deliver self-service solutions where possible and continue to expand self-service capability

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Hands on experience in HR, with demonstrated skills and experience leading an HR team
- Confident and resilient and able to offer credible, timely advice
- Strong skills in senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building
