**About You**
**About the Role**
- Determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating human resource management strategies, policies and plans to meet business needs
- Managing employee relations (office staff and support workers)
- Recruitment and orientation of office staff and support workers
- Developing and implementing performance management systems to plan, appraise and improve individual and team performance
- Conflict resolution
- Developing and implementing occupational health and safety programs and equal employment opportunity programs, and ensuring compliance with related statutory requirements
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and legislative requirements
- Managing worker's compensation
- Organizing training for office staff and support workers
- Implementing and improving of company procedures across all teams
- Liaise with care workers and providing training when necessary
- Overseeing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure high quality of services
- Promote a strong customer focused culture

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree in Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager or similar role.
- Ability to provide exceptional support to our carers when they need assistance with anything related to our external clients - Empathy is essential
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
- Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- High level of time management and organisational ability.
- Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.
