This generalist position offers the opportunity to contribute across a diverse range of HR functions, thereby making a significant impact on their global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development: Assist in the design, implementation, and management of L&D programs in alignment with strategic organisational objectives. Assist with career fairs and events for clerkship and graduate programmes
  • Recruitment: Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes, from the initial development of job descriptions to the successful onboarding of new employees.
  • Work Health & Safety: Champion a safe work environment, Coordination and meticulous maintenance of WHS policies and procedures, compliance and reporting
  • Remuneration & Benefits: Assist with the Administer of the annual remuneration and benefits framework to ensure competitive market positioning.
  • HR Projects: Have strong involvement in the development and coordination of the health and wellbeing and employee benefits programs. Support culture initiatives. Implement staff engagement projects and diversity & Inclusions initiatives
  • General: responding to general HR queries, assisting with performance management, handling staff grievances

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of progressive HR generalist experience, with demonstrated expertise in the aforementioned areas.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant employment law and regulations is required.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving is highly valued.
  • The ability to excel within a fast-paced, international professional environment is paramount.
