**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a motivated graduate with entry level sales experience seeking a new opportunity within a highly customer focused organisation.

You will be joining our branch located at **Thomastown **, managing customer relationships across the Victoria, which has experienced significant growth. This role will report into the Sales Manager (VIC/TAS), who will provide you with opportunities for mentoring, sales coaching and professional development. As you develop your skills and experience your role will expand to become an instrumental member in achieving sales success through growing and nurturing customer leads and prospects, liaising with key customers to retain and drive customer solutions.

**What your day will look like**:

- Proactively liaising with your customer network to ensure our customers remain engaged and happy with our products and services and assist with driving customer solutions aligned to our product and services.
- Generating new business and seeking out prospects to maintain a profitable sales territory and expanding our customer outreach.
- Developing your knowledge of our products and value proposition to effectively communicate with our current and potential customers.
- Producing proposals, detailed costings and contractual documents to ensure all transactions deliver maximum profit to the business.
- Monitoring market trends through customer and supplier liaison and through attending industry events.
- Attending industry events and networking activities.
- Collaborate with other teams including sales team members, depots and customer service to drive customer solutions.

**What you will bring**:
You may be a recent graduate in business, engineering (or other related field) looking to begin your career and develop your skills to align a pathway to a successful sales career. You will be motivated to utilise your strong relationship building skills to maintain and develop new customer relationships to continue growing your region, excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills and a results focused sales track record.
