**The opportunity**:
Coregas has a full-time opportunity for a Business Development Specialist - Industrial Gases, to join our team. This role will report into the Sales Manager with the responsibility of managing customer relationships and daily industrial sales activities within an allocated sales territory (Western VIC region) to ensure sales targets and profitable growth are achieved. You will receive a Tool of Trade vehicle to carry out your work duties.

As the Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Managing relationships and contracts for all customers in designated sales territory to develop a long term and commercially profitable relationship.
- Generating and maintaining a profitable and sustainable business sales / account in line with Coregas strategic plan and individual territory targets.
- Growing your territory through identifying and winning new business opportunities, securing and increasing gas / liquid sales where profitable and within company guidelines, and entering into contracts with new and existing customers.
- Maintaining profitable sales through account selection and price rise implementation (account profit models).
- Producing proposals, detailed costings and contract documents to ensure all transactions deliver maximum profit to the business.
- Monitoring market trends through personal contact with clients and suppliers and attendance at industry meetings and seminars.
- Maintaining the relationships and performance of depots within designated territory. What you will bring:
