Home Concrete Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, optimise digital presence, and support the growth of the existing business site and new upcoming eCommerce website. This role requires a strategic marketer with hands-on experience in managing multiple websites, digital campaigns, and customer lifecycle marketing, ranging from lead acquisition to after-sales support.

You'll be responsible for boosting our online presence through SEO targeting local and regional, running effective paid media campaigns, maintaining 3 websites and creating high-quality visual content for use across our website, social media, and advertising.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract and convert quality leads across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and SEO.
  • Create and manage performance-focused campaigns, optimising for CPL, ROAS, and lead-to-sale conversion.
  • Implement tracking strategies to monitor and refine lead funnels and digital touchpoints.

Website & eCommerce Management

  • Maintain and optimise three business websites for performance, SEO, user experience, and content alignment.
  • Plan and support the development and launch of a new eCommerce website to expand product offerings and online sales.
  • Regularly update product and service listings, landing pages, and calls-to-action in line with ongoing campaigns.

In-House Content Production

  • Produce high-quality, lifestyle-focused visual content in-house, including photography and videos that showcase services, completed projects, and customer benefits.
  • Create image and video assets for use across digital ads, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Align all content with campaign goals, customer personas (residential and commercial), and seasonal trends.

Customer Engagement & After-Sales Support

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to provide product/service information, capture feedback, and drive ongoing satisfaction.
  • Manage after-sales communication, support queries, and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain consistent communication touchpoints through email, calls, or CRM-based workflows.

Campaign Reporting & Optimisation

  • Analyse performance of digital campaigns, website traffic, and lead conversions using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Provide actionable insights and monthly/quarterly reports to management with clear performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor trends and competitors to stay ahead of market shifts and customer behaviour.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing or eCommerce-related roles
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO strategies, and performance analysis
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple websites and optimising user journeys
  • Skilled in photography, video production, and content editing using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in home improvement, construction, or renovation industries
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Wordpress, or other CMS related platforms
  • Familiarity with CRO techniques and UX best practices
  • Experience using CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
