Leading Insurance company that operates in over 54 Countries and territories. They provides commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, reinsurance and life insurance to a diverse group of clients.
**Your new role**
***
Assisting the customer at every touch point in a professional manner. The purpose of the role is to develop the experience for all clients with credit card holders by providing customer service for all enquires including claims, relating to the relating to the No Additional Charge (NAC) Insurance on their Credit and Charge Cards. This role will require you to maintain high attention to detail and adhere to all policy and procedures set in place and meeting the compliance needs of the business.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Exceptional customer service skills, ideally with 12 months experience in a customer service focused role.
- Claims handling experience is highly regarded but not necessary.
- Good phone manner and verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
