This leading company based in Brisbane CBD are looking to recruit multiple Claims Consultants to join their Property and Motor teams. As a Claims Consultant you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. Your role will be to assist these customers over the phone and keep them up to date on the claims process from start to finish. **Your new role**

In your new role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone by taking both inbound and outbound calls. Whilst doing this, you will also be managing your own portfolio of claims from start to finish and provide updates to customers on how these are progressing. Other daily activities will include:

- Ensuring all company/ policy requirements are being adhered to
- Keep accurate records of claims and effectively manage compliance.
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders as to the progress of the claims.
- You will always demonstrate a customer centric towards customers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Working from home and liaising with your team via Microsoft Teams

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Be able to work with high volume calls
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage all cases received over the phone
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team
- Be able to navigate multiple computer systems and softwares
- Strong customer service experience
- Be able to manage complaints
- Come from an insurance, property, motor, contact centres or sales background.
- Possess traits such as initiative, resilience, courage, and the ability to problem solve
