**Your new company**
Starting ASAP, we are looking for multiple CTP Claims consultants to join Australia's leading general insurance group. You will be joining a collaborative and vibrant team of consultants

**Your new role**
- Manage claims in adherence to legislation with passion to get it right for our customers.
- Ensure regular and effective communication with our customers and all stakeholders
- Manage claims strategically to identify relevant trigger points and partner with key stakeholders including injury management to drive Personal Injury Claims outcomes.
- Operate various systems, equipment and technologies data entry of claim information.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in Claims or an Allied Health/Legal background is desirable
- Strong customer service background is essential.
- Aptitude for analysing various sources of information.
- Strong problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
