Claims Consultant for a Global Insurance company, CBD location with WFH Flex, paying $70k + Super.

This is a huge global insurer founded in the 19th century who offer hundreds of products and operate in over 180 countries around the world. Through their superior underwriting, fantastic service provision and care taken to look after their clients and customers - they have grown exponentially and have fantastic brand recognition in the market. In their Sydney Head Office, you will be joining a small, close-knit office who focus predominantly daily management of travel claims and processes within their authority limits

**Your new role**
- Assisting with the daily management of travel claims and process
- Maintain a high level of customer service and keep customer service satisfaction central
- Sustain customer results, across clients, customers and partners
- Efficient timely management of claims from assessment through settlements and declinature

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Ideally you will have 12 months in travel claims or more years’ experience, with medical experience very desired
- You will have great phone-manner and written and verbal communication, with the ability to deal with complex enquiries and the desire to go above and beyond for the customer
- Able to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions
- Able to work independently and accept responsibility
- PR or Citizenship as this is a permanent full-time position
- Ability to commit to a rotating roster from 9am to 5pm or 10am-6pm rotate Monday to Friday.
