This leading Insurance company based in Brisbane CBD are looking to recruit multiple Property Claims Consultants to join their Inception team. **Your new role**

As a Property Inception Claims Consultant you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone by taking both inbound and outbound calls. Whilst doing this, you will also be lodging, analysing, and providing updates to customers on how their lodgements are progressing.

Other daily activities will include:

- First point-of-call to customers lodging a claim
- Liaise with all relevant parties, regarding lodgements
- Managing multiple portfolios
- Data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with all stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a high volume, customer-facing role (essential)
- Previous experience in a call centre or claims environment (desirable)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a clear and professional communicator
- Demonstrates resilience in supporting customers experiencing vulnerability
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Displays a drive for results and are outcome focused
- Shows skills to prioritise and manage time effectively.
