We are currently seeking a highly motivated and confident Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team working on exciting global marketing campaigns. This role will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Strategist/Head of Marketing, assisting with project management, briefing and executing marketing assets. **About Us** We are one of Australia's largest Foreign Exchange CFD Providers and are continuing to grow rapidly with the goal of becoming the number one Foreign Exchange CFD Provider globally in the coming years. The office is in Sydney - CBD. **Your new role** - Accept content and campaign briefs from internal stakeholders and coordinate resourcing and timelines. - Work closely with our various departments to deliver on requests. - Help coordinate global content projects with a range of stakeholders. - Coordinate content production and assist with managing the workflow. - Help manage the processes for content production and dissemination. - Work with the international marketing teams to deliver on needs for campaigns. - Process and maintain documentation with internal and external stakeholders. - Provide administration support when required. - Manage & document all marketing activity, including spent and variance to budget. **What you will need to succeed** - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position. - Must be fluent in English both written and spoken as a native speaker or similar. - Experience in finance is a plus but not necessary. - Strong attention to detail and proven ability to problem-solve. - Logical and lateral thinker with a "can-do" attitude. - Excellent time management and organisation skills to ensure all priorities and multiple deadlines are met. - A strong team player who contributes to an environment that embraces innovation with a good analytical mind. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. - Proficiency in project management software is a plus. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Free drinks - Free food Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
