This Role
As a result of strong growth and continued market demand our growing Sydney team is currently seeking a reliable Administrative Co-Ordinator with a can-do attitude to join our growing Sydney team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the daily branch administration
- Reception, filing and administration duties
- Processing of customer sales order transactions;
- Procurement of office and warehouse consumables;
- Maintain and update branch calendar, scheduling appointments, activities and staff leave;
- Provide administrative support to our growing customer service team
- Occasional event coordination
- Valid Class C Drivers licence;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
- Attention to detail;
- Sound communication skills;
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude;
