We are currently looking for a BID/ Marketing Co-ordinator for our client, a growing national Architecture practice. Having doubled in size over the last couple of years and delivered a number of exciting new projects, they are now looking for someone to help the management team secure new work.

The focus for the Bid/ Marketing Coordination role is to help the growth of the business through preparing the submission of tenders and proposals based on client requirements. In this role, you will also be contributing to marketing aspects.

Duties to include:

- Managing and delivering the responses to Expressions of Interest and Tender Documents - working to meet deadlines
- Writing, editing, and formatting submissions and producing marketing collateral
- Maintaining and creating company profiles and sector brochures
- General Marketing duties

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 4+ years industry experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- A sound understanding of the technical requirements for print and digital output
- Maintain strong communication lines with management and key stakeholders
