- Sydney CBD Flexible working in office 2-3 days per week

Great six-month contract for an Events and Marketing Co-ordinator. Working with marketing team members to support and deliver Events and sponsorship opportunities.

What you’ll do:

- Work with the Events Manager and Marketing Managers to plan, coordinate and execute internal and external events.
- Provide admin support in the delivery of events and sponsorships.
- Work with the content production team to manage the delivery of event journeys, registrations and supporting communications.
- Work with the Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing and Brand, to support sponsorships, deliver assets, ensure that entitlements are fully used, and report on sponsorship performance.
- Assess and develop sponsorship opportunities that contribute to marketing and business goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors and suppliers.
- Manage event and sponsorship budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Ensure that events and sponsorship are executed according to plan and that stakeholders are satisfied with the outcomes.
- Coordinate and maintain branded merchandise for the Brand and Marketing teams.

What you’ve done:

- Track record of managing and delivering events in a range of formats - from large to small.
- Experience working as part of a team, delivering quality events and sponsorships.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with creative teams and vendors to deliver events and sponsorship assets
- Exposure to working in complex environments working with multiple projects and stakeholders.

And if you’ve got some of this, even better:

- Experience running events for larger organisations such as financial markets, professional services or similar.
- Worked with event platforms such as Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Blackthorn.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- An all-rounder, able to work across events and sponsorships.
