We are a growing financial services and property investment firm dedicated to helping Australians take control of their retirement through **Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs)** and strategic real estate investment. As our operations expand, we are seeking a professional and organized **Receptionist** to support the daily running of our office and serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners.

**Role Overview**

The **Receptionist/Office Administrator** plays a critical front-of-house and administrative support role. You will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, coordinate meeting logistics, and assist with general office duties. Your role is vital in ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for clients—often during the start of their financial transformation journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist all visitors and clients professionally
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and messages
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Support internal teams with document preparation and scanning
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Assist with client onboarding coordination where needed
- Provide general office administration support as directed

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
- Prior experience in financial services, real estate, or professional services is a plus
