**The role**:
- Provide high level of accounts and administration management and support
- Manage company accounting using MYOB, including producing invoices and documentation as required
- Daily banking and EOM accounts payable reconciliation
- Processing weekly and monthly invoices
- Processing customer rebates and claims
- General administration tasks and adhoc tasks
- Credit card reconciliation
- Generate and coordinate all purchase orders
- Stock management
- Coordinating relationship and inventory management
- Customer service support
- Collating and processing management and employee expense forms
- Assisting with weekly and month end procedures
- Continued development & improvement of policies and procedures to improve reporting and cost efficiencies across the business.
**About you**:
- Knowledge of MYOB is necessary
- High Proficiency in finance software MYOB and MS Office
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
- Willingness to assist no matter how big or small the task
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in accounts payable or account receivable
- High level of attention to detail, in particular with data processing and administration
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- An ability to liaise and report at all levels of the business
- Demonstrated experience working within a team environment and being a team player
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex financial information and concepts

This role is working in the Preston based office, 5 days per week onsite.
