SSV Installations is a busy, full-service sign installation company with branches in QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA. They are looking for a bookkeeper/office manager to take responsibility for the admin functions of the business.
You should have:
- energy and enthusiasm
- attention to detail
- patience
- amazing organisational and time management skills.
- strong bookkeeping skills
- Xero including payroll.
You will be:
- Invoicing, paying bills, completing weekly payroll, management reporting,
- Reconciliations of credit cards and bank accounts
- Lodging BAS
- Preparing contracts and HR documentation
- Booking flights & accommodation
- Organising office services
- Liaison with property agent
- Reception (low call volume)
While there is the possibility of hybrid work, they would prefer someone who wants to work from the office most of the time.
You'll get:
