**About Lindsay Transport**:
Lindsay Transport is one of the largest transporters of fresh produce and refrigerated freight in Australia and specialise in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centres. We operate a network of freight terminals with significant cold room facilities across Australia and employ a staff of approximately 1,500 workers.

Lindsay Transport is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team based in our Brisbane Head Office. Please note this is a maternity leave contract position.

**Duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to**:

- The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received
- Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
- Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager
- Previous experience in customer service as part of a busy fast paced team
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Ability to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Superior planning and organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
