Bookkeeper/pa to The CEO

Up to $80K +super for experienced bookkeeper
- High-performing team with career progression possible
- Experience with Xero required

Entrepreneurial CEO requires a talented bookkeeper to take care of the books for multiple businesses, as well as act as his PA and do a variety of other office tasks.

You will be doing:

- Invoices and Bills entry
- Reconciliations
- Payroll
- Management Reporting
- Booking flights/accommodation/cars
- Examining services for the best deal
- Ad hoc duties for the CEO as required
- Assisting with marketing
- Assisting with recruiting

Required skills & attributes:

- Qualified bookkeeper (Cert IV minimum) with a couple of years experience in bookkeeping under your belt;
- Xero experience including using projects and payroll modules;
- Office duties;
- MS Office
- Positivity & enthusiasm
- Multi-tasking

You'll be working directly with the entrepreneurial CEO of a multi-business portfolio and his team of high-performers.

Desirable skills:

- BAS Agent registration,
- Office manager
- PA experience
- Marketing assistant
- Google Workspace Admin
