TEMP | Administrator | 38 hour work week | Port Melbourne Office | OFFICE BASED ROLE | $35 - $40 + Super

**Your new role**
- Extracting data from Excel, and reformatting the data so it is legible. Providing this information to the logistics team so they can schedule trucks accordingly.
- Pulling data together and aligning numbers with a specific record of standards and compliance.
- Monitoring and processing reports throughout the day, while providing necessary information to relevant team members.
- Repetitive screening of data.
- General administration e.g. Reporting, filing, formatting.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Graphs, Exporting Data etc.)
- Computer Literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail. It is important that reports are accurate, as this information is imperative to ensuring compliance and safety standards are upheld, as well as fiscal requirements.
- Efficient and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Fast learner and adaptable
- Strong Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong Data Entry and Analytical skills

**What you'll get in return**
- 38-40 Hour standard work week (Mon-Fri)
- Port Melbourne Location
- NO HYBRID ARRANGEMENT AVAILABLE | Full Time Office Hours required
- $35 - $40 + Super
- Experience in Logistics, Supply chain, Construction or Mining, would be highly advantageous.
- Start Date = ASAP
