Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 percent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.

**About the Role**

The Administration Officer is responsible for a range of administration functions that support the daily operations of CISP ICS Services. Tasks include reception, database entry and referral management. The role involves regularly liaising with internal and external key stakeholders, requiring sound communication and planning skills.

Key accountabilities include:

- Providing administrative support to CISP (Court Integrated Services Program) ICS advanced case managers and team leader including answering enquiries, creating files, managing referral paperwork, assisting to provide bookings for assessments
- Coordinating the receipt and documentation of client referrals to the program
- Providing a range of administrative services for the CISP ICS program, including, data collection and entry, developing and maintaining resource manuals and records management, filing and archiving.
- Attending and providing secretariat support for CISP ICS meetings and attend Court Support Services meetings as required.
- Monitoring, maintaining and developing administration procedures and systems and initiate improvements to procedures within organisational standards.

- Proficient in delivering a wide array of administrative responsibilities, encompassing referral management and customer service for a diverse client base.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Experienced in data collection and entry, as well as in the development and maintenance of resource manuals and records management systems.
