**About the role at HCF**

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Member Engagement this role will focus on integrating our Health and Wellbeing programs into a members lifecycle in a bid to inform, educate, engage, and retain members with HCF. At HCF we are focused on providing members with more than just cover that fits their needs, we want to improve their lifelong health outcomes.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads
- Campaign Optimisation - Increase performance of campaigns by proactively finding opportunities and tactics to improve processes, experiences, and results
- Marketing analytics and reporting - Collect, analyze, and report on metrics to determine the success of marketing efforts and return on investment
