Reporting into the General Manager - Corporate Finance, this position is responsible for the preparation and improvement of all group consolidations and financial reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ownership and delivery of Group-wide financial reporting
- Provision of accounting advice on various transactions and corporate restructures
- Identifying and addressing accounting and reporting issues, implementing Group policies and procedures, offering practical alternatives to address problems and offer innovative solutions
- Involvement through analysis and input with various strategic projects being implemented across the business
- Support on financial reporting and financial control related initiatives across the finance function
- Continual people leadership and team development
- Ongoing development of internal and external relationships

**What we need from you**:

- CA or CPA qualified
- Ideally initial training in a big 4 or mid-tier chartered firm, but necessary to have some commercial experience
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
- Good interpersonal skills - this role will have many touchpoints within the organisation both junior and senior
