**About your new role**
As the Head of External Regulatory Reporting, Decision Governance & Obligations, you Lead and manage the Regulatory reporting, decision governance and Obligation’s mapping requirements for Financial Crime Operations, Line 1.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide Risk reporting requirements Support Develop and maintain relevant internal and external stakeholder relationships, including law enforcement and government stakeholders, domestically and internationally.
- Lead and manage the reporting and decision governance team, budget
- Define and Produce regulatory reporting requirements. Confirmed accuracy and timely within regulatory guidelines
- Reporting compliance to AML/CTF obligations and the Group Risk Appetite Statement.
- Design and implement process and controls for identification of reportable, transactions, IFTI, TTR’s, UAR’s / SMR’s.
- across 3LOA to provide full transparency of Financial Crime position
- Continuously review (to improve) reporting systems, re-use of data and systems integration
- Contribute to Financial Crime Operations, Line 1 risk management frameworks (RCSA) and controls governance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Demonstrated success leading the planning, development and execution of a pipeline of capital works, ideally in the hospitality and leisure sector. Experience leading property development projects in the integrated resorts sector preferred.
- Experience having led the execution of development projects while having to minimise the impact on ongoing property operations is preferred
- Experience in delivering property development projects in Australia, ideally with experience in NSW
- Experience successfully collaborating with multiple stakeholders both internally in a matrix structure as well as externally, including joint venture partners
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
