**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Inquiries, Sales Orders, and Quotations
- Contribution to Company Goals & Objectives
- Stock Processing and Returns
- Communication and Relationship Building
- Document Management
- Warehouse Assistance
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar Internal Sales role within the industrial sector.
- Mechanical trade or apprenticeship background is advantageous coupled with some sales experience.
- Customer service or sales experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service provider
- Assisting in warehousing tasks as needed.
