My client is seeking a motivated and dedicated Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. This role is an integral part of their company's growth strategy and involves building and maintaining strong relationships with valued customers.

**The Position**:
**Customer Relationship Management**: Engage with existing clients and build lasting relationships to understand their timber product requirements and preferences.

**Sales Execution**: Utilize product knowledge and market insights to recommend suitable timber products and solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

**Order Processing**: Handle incoming orders, prepare quotations, and process sales orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining clear communication with customers.

**Problem Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

**Administrative Tasks**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications using our CRM system.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the wider sales team, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the timber or construction materials industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.

A proactive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
