We are looking for a passionate problem solver, with a hunger to learn, and a love of creativity. This role requires an integrated producer who has extensive experience in digital and print production and is comfortable working on a high volume of work at pace.

It requires an ability to work independently, be organized, meet deadlines, interact with clients and tackle impossible problems head on.

**THE TASK AT HAND**

In this business-critical role, you will be required to meet the following top-level expectations:

- Be passionate about technology and creativity in all its forms
- Have knowledge of, and experience with, print and digital processes including scoping, documentation, project timelines, stakeholder alignment and more
- Have experience booking and working with designers, retouchers, developers, animators, editors and more
- Be able to quickly establish a rapport with immediate team and wider internal stakeholders
- In some scenarios be able to establish trust and rapport with clients
- Have a solid understanding of efficient production process and an ability to pick up on new processes quickly
- Experience with solution planning and troubleshooting difficult requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and infallible time management skills
- Be proactive and motivated, highly autonomous, and solutions focussed at all times

- Experience with Ad Serving Platforms, including Double Click Studio and Sizmek is a plus
- The ability to work competently across Teams, Jira and SmartSheets (or similar) is a plus

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will be responsible for scoping, feasibility, costing and creating timelines
- Communicating progress to all stakeholders, including clients where applicable
- End-to-end production management, especially with briefing and managing the production team
- Assisting with feasibility on new ideas, investigating new technology, and finding solutions to all manner of challenges
- Managing the internal project stakeholders at all levels
- You will maintain focus on the overall project vision as well as the detail throughout
- You will champion best practice delivery processes on your projects agency-wide
- You will seek opportunities to enhance our delivery processes and contribute ideas
- You will have the opportunity to champion our Direct To Studio (DTS) work. Working closely with our studio team in a streamlined process for high volume fast paced work.
- Ensure established DTS and/or agency processes are maintained to deliver great work in a smooth and efficient manner
