We're on the hunt for a
Digital Producer
to help us deliver world-class motion, 3D, and AI-driven projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on keeping projects
on time, on spec, and on budget
— while managing collaborators, suppliers, and the fine details that make great work possible.

What you'll be doing

  • Producing
    3D, motion, and animation post-production
    projects
  • Managing projects end-to-end — budgets, schedules, and reporting
  • Overseeing
    file exports, conversions, and management
  • Acting as the
    client-facing producer
    during key delivery stages
  • Supporting the team in
    Figma
    for workflows and presentations
  • Balancing projects across our
    AI Lab (GenAI initiatives)
    and motion work (roughly 50/50)
  • Coordinating
    freelancers, collaborators, and suppliers

What we're looking for

  • Experience in
    digital production
    within a creative/motion studio (think Jumbla-style producer)
  • Strong knowledge of
    motion design, 3D, and animation workflows
  • Figma proficiency
  • Proven ability to deliver projects
    on time, on budget, on brief
  • Familiarity with
    Generative AI tools/workflows
    a plus
  • Excellent collaborator with strong
    client-facing skills

Contract:
3 months, with potential to extend or potentially evolve into a permanent role

Location:
5 days per week, on site

Salary:
Circa $105k + super, pro-rata, negotiable based on experience
