What you'll be doing

As an Event Producer, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery – including brand activations, live events, experiential campaigns, and integrated productions. You'll manage client relationships, oversee budgets from $500k–$1m+, and lead suppliers and teams on-site to ensure flawless execution. This is a hands-on role where no two projects are the same, offering you the chance to work on some of the most exciting experiential campaigns in market.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • 2+ years' experience as a Producer within an events or experiential agency (5+ years total in the industry).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale live events and activations end-to-end.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget management and timelines.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
  • Confident leading teams, suppliers, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
