Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary **Head of Studio** to lead Easygo's slots studio in developing next-generation slot games that captivate players globally. This role is designed for a driven game development professional ready to take our studio to the next level. With a commitment to creating the best games in the industry, you will guide and inspire the team to achieve excellence, producing titles that set the standard in the iGaming world. As the Head of Studio, you will oversee the end-to-end development process, collaborate with the Game Production team, manage and inspire a talented team, and drive the creative direction and strategic growth of the studio.Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Leadership**: Define and execute the studio's roadmap, aligning with Easygo's broader business goals to enhance its position as a leading slots studio in the iGaming space.
- **Game Development Oversight**: Manage the production pipeline for high-quality slot games from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Creative Direction**: Collaborate with the Product, Design, and Math teams, as well as the Game Production team, to conceptualize and create innovative, engaging slot game experiences that resonate with players and meet market demands.
- **Team Leadership & Development**: Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of game developers, artists, designers, and producers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- **Market Insight & Innovation**: Keep abreast of industry trends, player preferences, and technological advancements to ensure the studio's portfolio remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- **Performance Optimization**: Work with the Business Intelligence team to analyze game performance data, iterate on designs, and enhance player engagement metrics across the game portfolio.

Qualifications
- **Experience**: 10+ years in game development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing slot game production or related game studio management.
- **Technical & Creative Acumen**: Strong understanding of game design, development processes, and the technical requirements specific to slot games.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep familiarity with slot game mechanics, player behavior, and regulatory considerations in iGaming.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Proficiency in using analytics to guide decision-making and enhance game performance.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting to stakeholders, and engaging with partners.
