- City- Melbourne- Department- Creative- Job DescriptionWe are on the hunt for an Integrated Producer to deliver creative projects on time, budget and with a bit of fun for our clients.
- About the roleThe Integrated Producer is a critical thinker who can manage the unknown, be it what, how, when or who. You’ll work collaboratively with various teams to scope, conceptualise and deliver programs of work ranging from long-term 360° campaigns and projects through to quick turnaround small scale design tasks. This role is responsible for the day to day production and delivery of these activities and will be required to manage their timelines, stakeholder expectations, and juggle multiple projects effectively.

**In this role you will**:

- Work collaboratively with the wider production team to organise your project activities in an effective manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders in a respectful, effective and collaborative manner; manage both internal and external relationships (if required), production timeframes and deliverables with key suppliers and production partners.
- Take ownership of building out project plans, scheduling tasks, and booking resources; lead activities as a day to day ‘hands on’ delivery manager for work that impacts the Think HQ creative department.
- Manage agreed budgets, contracts and other production reporting and paperwork.
- Deliver high quality and effective creative, and preserve a happy creative cultural environment.
- About you- You bring a positive, passionate, solutions focused attitude.
- You have previous agency or in-house experience in a similar role, such as an Integrated Producer or Production Manager
- You bring a high level of production knowledge, ideally with proven expertise across various types of media including print, video, motion graphics, and digital advertising
- You have experience with video production shoots and production requirements, OHS and industrial obligations
- You’re hardworking, responsible and diligent and you have strong communication and organisational skills
- You have the ability to remain calm and focused in a highly busy environment with tight deadlines and pressure
- You demonstrate empathy and are comfortable liaising with people at all levels from colleagues to clients, directors, crew and suppliers.
