1House is Asahi's internal integrated marketing team, dedicated to achieving marketing excellence across our portfolio of brands. As the Producer, you will play a pivotal role in our production team, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to execute world-class creative concepts and bringing it to life. From overseeing production briefs to managing post-production specialists, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop end-to-end production plans based on creative briefs, including timeline development and post-production activities.
- Liaise with external production partners to bring creative visions to life, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the production process.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and general finance administration.
- Support the Creative team in pitching for new business opportunities through innovative ideas.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, serving as the main point of contact between project managers, brands, and production support.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- 4+ years of experience in an agency, production company, or freelance capacity.
- Proven track record of producing projects across a range of budgets, demonstrating meticulous attention to financial details.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Well-developed network of production studios and freelancers.
- Proficiency in budget management and time management.
- Familiarity with the post-production process and Adobe Creative Cloud (a plus).
- Experience in managing top-tier clients and brands, with a bonus for alcohol/beverage/CPG industry knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive mindset towards industry shifts and evolving digital landscapes.
