Studio Mondo is looking for an eCom Post Coordinator & Production Assistant to join us at our St Kilda East studios.

We’re looking for an eCom Post Coordinator & Production Assistant to manage the post production process of images produced by our team at our St Kilda studios and various other nominated locations. This includes, but is not limited to, ingesting data and files, basic retouching, image QA and approval.

In addition, assisting with the production of eCom shoots including booking crew, scheduling and coordination and meeting set daily shoot targets. The Post Coordinator & Production Assistant, when necessary, helps manage the team of photographers, stylists and freelancers to ensure they are working in line with approved style guides, and determines efficiencies to ensure maximum shoot volumes are achieved. The Post Coordinator & Production Assistant is responsible for quality control and all aspects of each shoot from brief through to dispatch including style guides and their accuracy and the adherence to these by the team.

You’ll need to be organised, energetic, self motivated, and able to complete tasks. In addition;
- You must be detail oriented and able to quickly find and resolve problems.
- Understanding of imagery and good eye for quality with basic retouching skills as a benefit
- Someone with a can-do attitude who is happy to go above and beyond for the client.
- A workable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Bridge - knowledge of CaptureOne is a bonus.
- Comfortable with Excel and have the ability to learn systems associated with our processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with the team to kick goals everyday

Other elements of the job include collaborating with our Studio Manager and ensuring the smooth flow of products. The successful applicant will have had some previous experience in Post Production & Production of eCom for retail clients, and a keen interest in creating beautiful content.
