Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join our Residential business focusing on new business. You will work within the team to manage and deliver projects including taking responsibility for various aspects of financial and program delivery.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
Create and manage project feasibility - single stage, multi stages, JV models and all components of financial model.
Establish and manage budgets and cash flows accurately.
Enter into and negotiate/finalise negotiations.
Review and manage development programme and brief.
Write formal business correspondences, reports and presentations.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities to optimise outcomes and know when to escalate to management.
Ability to identify all aspects of development including identifying deficiencies, standardisation, innovation, revenue time and cost to extract maximum value.
Your point of difference
You will be suitably qualified with relevant Development experience specifically front-end development; and residential or commercial mixed-use understanding is preferred. A strong capability creating and managing feasibilities is required.
You will have solid commercial / legal / financial acumen with an understanding of procurement, planning and tendering processes. You will have expertise in legal, regulatory, and other industry matters, with the ability to provide recommendations for actions internally within project feasibility.
You will have the ability to build relationships and manage all levels of stakeholders, including guiding team members on technical matters. You will be comfortable with situations dealing with ambiguity and complexity.
