**The role**:
As the **Manager, Client Portfolio Management**, you will coordinate and deliver end-to-end strategic accommodation advice and property leasing solutions for government agencies. This role is integral to managing key client relationships, ensuring their business accommodation needs are met while aligning with whole-of-government strategies. You will oversee property leasing processes, collaborate with service providers, and drive performance to deliver cost-effective and policy-driven outcomes.

You will play a key role in managing sensitive and complex issues, balancing strategic commercial advice with operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Sound experience in commercial real estate, leasing, and/or asset management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to deliver property leasing agreements.
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyse financial data and deliver results within budget.

**What is an essential requirement**:

- Tertiary qualifications or relevant minimum 5 years experience in property or a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
