**About Us**:
Truland development is a boutique construction development company focused on delivering high-quality projects across Australia. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join us. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our projects, providing essential support to our Project Managers and ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**: Maintain and organize daily work records, ensuring all documents are properly archived for easy retrieval.
- **Project Support**: Assist Project Managers with various tasks, leveraging your understanding of the construction development industry to execute and report on assignments methodically.
- **Workflow & Communication**: Adhere to standardized workflows, ensuring all communications are documented and actively providing feedback to enhance team collaboration.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **Document Management Expertise**: Experience with document management systems and proficiency in organizing and archiving files.
- **Project Support Knowledge**: Previous experience in the construction development industry with a strong understanding of project management processes.
- **Communication & Workflow Adherence**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and communicate effectively across teams, and a commitment to following standardized workflows.
- **Time Management & Multitasking**: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
- **Problem Solving & Decision Making**: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to independently address challenges as they arise.
- **Team Collaboration**: Experience working in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

Pay: $65,686.28 - $70,095.39 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Office administration: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
