**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage all project documentation ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Oversee and control the project budget, including processing invoices and tracking payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Look for contractors and obtain quotes, perform quote analysis, and draft contracts.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the project team.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project administrator role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
