**About Business**:
Truland development has specialize in residential flat building, duplex and luxury house development and construction. We are keen to looking for experienced contractor administrator to join our team.

**Your key duties as a Project Coordinator are as follows**:

- Liaise with associated authorities, community and government bodies;
- Liaise with inhouse project manager, and external consultants and subcontractors
- Preparation of relevant documents to obtain permits, traffic management, certificates of compliance ect;
- Subcontractor procurement;
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes and lettings;
- Monitoring progress, subcontractor claims, expenditure and financial status throughout projects;
- Acting as a central point of contact for all project-related communications among team members, subcontractors, suppliers.. This involves scheduling meetings, distributing project documentation, and ensuring information flows efficiently
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare reports to senior management.
- Document Control, Cost and project reporting via Procore
- Check and process all suppliers and subcontractor claims/invoices prior to payment. Ensure compliance with the NSW Security of Payments Act guidelines.
- The documentation and issue for review to Project Managers of all Technical Procedures and ITPs to ensure all Quality, Safety, Environmental and Technical obligations are achieved and maintained.

- Intermediate construction/building contract administration/management skill set or;
- Industry relevant degree qualification

**Salary**: $88,488.90 - $100,349.52 per year
