Athena is now looking to expand our lending residential backed lending to individuals and non-individuals and to then begin lending into business lending that is residentially or commercial backed for trading entities

We pride ourselves of focussing on good customers who need greater flexibility and are looking to build a team that will lead our Tailored lending activities. The team is a small team initially requiring the individual to be a doer and a leader but our expectations are that this team will quickly grow. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to not only lead the Tailored team but to take a key leadership role in shaping the Tailored lending Agenda at Athena.

We're looking for an experience d Leader who can also assess credit, to join o ur Team.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have experience assessing complex loans, e.g. commercial, trust and company loans, reading and understanding company and trust financials
- You currently hold a Delegated Lending Authority
- You have confidence talking with customers and brokers to deliver decision outcomes
- You are know by several broker networks
- You have the ability to work within policy and make recommendations for improvement
- You have experience working in a fast paced environment
- You are driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellenceYou have the ability build teams and recruit the right people

**The Role**
- Ensure all risk and compliance standards are maintained;
- Support your colleagues and contribute to the performance of your Team;
- Act as a leader in the company. Bring positivity, energy and flexibility to help create a great start-up culture;
- Be able to work autonomously and demonstrate attention to detail, including having strong data entry skills with a high accuracy rate.Have the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment whilst also adding to the Athena culture - a fun, energised, dynamic start up environment.
